Gundalow
New Hampshire shines in the summertime, one of the most popular times to visit the Granite State! Head to our Seacoast, chock full of maritime history (this year, our Seacoast communities of Dover, New Castle, and Portsmouth are all celebrating their 400th birthdays with events all summer long). Fill your days with some of our unique summer adventures (we’re talking moose safaris, grand resorts, or cruising on the oldest floating post office in the US, just to name a few). Or why not indulge the foodie in you? New Hampshire offers a lively culinary scene, packed with farm-to-table experiences in every corner of the state, AND an amazing craft beverage scene to go along with it (more than 160 local breweries, cideries, distilleries, and wineries)!
Fall in New Hampshire
Fall in New Hampshire is not to be missed! The Granite State boasts some of the best foliage in the country when a kaleidoscope of color washes over the landscape. Hot summer days are replaced with crisp, cool air, also known as sweater weather. So, grab a sweater and head out on one of our scenic drives and surround yourself with stunning scenery and too many photo ops to count. Fall is also harvest time in the state, a wonderful time to sample the bounty of flavor by visiting our farms or farmers markets.
New Hampshire Ice Castle
Discover the magic of winter in the Granite State where exhilarating outdoor experiences await. The state’s official sport is skiing, rest assured we’ve got skiing and riding for every ability, and many of the alpine resorts also offer tubing too. For off-the-slope adventure try zip-lining, dog-sledding, fat biking, or how about snowmobiling (did we mention we have 7,000 miles of trails?). If low-key adventure is more your style, exploring New Hampshire’s Ice Castle, is a must, and you can’t go wrong with our Apres Ski scene. When it’s time to head inside, we’ve got a full slate of ways to spend your winter days. All that and tax-free shopping too!
